- Payment is upfront and full. It must be done within 48 hours of claiming a slot.
- I will not start drawing until it is fully paid for
- A sketch will always be sent to clients for approval
- I have the right to reject commissions for any reason
- Refunds cannot be provided after I finish the sketch
- My work is not to be resold or used for commercial use
